I spend a lot of time training, and I’ve read a lot of books about training for triathlon. So when I plan my weeks, I do have a feeling for what I should include and what I shouldn’t bother with. But at the same time, it would be nice to know a bit more about why I am doing each session and the broader plan for the season.
